    This month I traveled 15 hours from Seattle to Europe. I am never able to sleep on flights, regardless of where I am sitting. This is usually due to restless legs. During the long portion on my outbound flight (eleven hours) I used the Restore aerosol spray. I ate dinner and watched a movie before closing my eyes. I had no expectation of sleep. I was completely surprised when I woke up an hour before landing. I used restore again on another six hour flight within Europe. Once again, I was able to fall asleep and stay asleep for the duration of the flight. I don’t like taking sleeping pills. It’s a huge relief to find a supplement that actually works for me!
