    Running an average of 50 miles per week, I utilize a wide array of massage and circulatory therapy devices. The Relief spray has been added to my regimen. After finishing Ultras or other endurance type events, I spray the fatigued muscles of my legs. I can definitely feel a difference in the speed of my recovery, especially cramped or knotted muscle groups, when I use the Relief spray in combination with the rest of my regimen.
